If your order was lost in transit, we will be glad to offer a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the items have gone through the loss investigation process.

We do not offer refunds for scent prefrences. 

Used candles can not be returned or refunded. 

If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

This is a 100 % Soy candle. Some candles may show imperfections as there are no fillers or addidtives used in the candle making process.
